The Chaldean Community Foundation (CCF) is proud to announce that the Michigan Health Endowment Fund awarded a $99,796 grant to translate and adapt a program to reduce falls for Michigan’s aging Arabic-speaking population.

The Chaldean Community Foundation is one of 57 Community Health Impact projects that have received support, with grant awards ranging from $34,000 to $100,000. The grants support health-focused, community-driven initiatives taking place in every region of Michigan.

The CCF is grateful for the funding and looks forward to providing more assistance to our aging population.
