CCF Breaks Ground on an Affordable Housing Development in Sterling Heights

On October 1st, the Chaldean Community Foundation broke ground on its Van Dyke Housing Development. The development is a $25 million mixed use development including 135 affordable apartments and 9,000 square feet of retail space.
