Luxie Kouza Joins the Birmingham Police Department

The Birmingham Michigan Police Department recently posted congratulations to Luxie Kouza, now Officer Kouza. Kouza graduated from the Macomb Police Academy to join the ranks of the agency.

Kouza, 23, lives in Sterling Heights. An internet search found a 2018 senior project video on YouTube that Luxie created with classmate Onela Sarkis. The themes were integrity and leadership—fitting themes for a future officer of the law.
