Chaldean American Chamber of Commerce

1. The Chamber kicked off 2022 with the first quarterly networking meeting called “Fun After 5” at Zao Jun on January 13.

2. The February 9 Industry Outlook focused on “The State of the News” and featured a panel of local news broadcasters and publishers.

3. On March 10, the Chaldean Women’s Committee had the incredible honor of hosting DTE’s Renee Tomina in their Notable Women Speaker Series.

4. The April 29 Awards Dinner honored Mike Denha as Businessperson of the Year.

5. On May 12, the Chaldean Young Professionals Network kicked off the networking season at The Morrie in Birmingham.

6. The May 18 Fun After 5 event was hosted by Wabeek Country Club.

7. On June 16, Shenandoah Country Club hosted the 19th Golf Outing benefitting the Chaldean Community Foundation.

8. The June 21 PAC event called “Scotch & Cigars” was hosted by Johny and Leila Kello.

9. On July 26, the CACC joined with several other local chambers and cultural organizations for the first “Diversity Expo” held at Royal Oak Farmers Market.

10. The 3rd Annual CACC Golf Outing was held at Wabeek Country Club on August 18.

11. The third quarterly networking meeting, Fun After 5 on August 10, featured a mixologist and was co-hosted by DOBI Real Estate and Alliance Mobile.

12. On September 7, the PAC celebrated an “End of Summer” event hosted by Nick Konja.

13. The September 23 Industry Outlook was hosted by Card Network and included a panel of local elected officials to discuss economic development in the area.

14. On October 14, the CACC hosted the Annual Business Luncheon at MotorCity Casino’s Sound Board.

15. On October 18, the CYPN hosted a “Meet the CEO” event at 220 with speaker Chris George.

16. The Annual Meeting and Board Election was November 9 at Shenandoah Country Club.
